Welcome to Butterfly Baby. My name is Becca, I am 45 years old, and I was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. I am a calm, loving, patient, and dependable person, and supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care is truly my passion. Being a birth and postpartum doula brings me immense joy and fulfillment. With over 20 years of experience working as a nanny and early childhood education teacher, I have developed a deep understanding of child development and family care. I completed my Birth and Postpartum Doula training in 2024 and earned my Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education in 2003. I am also a proud mother to my wonderful and brilliant 12 year old daughter, Amelia, who continues to inspire my work every day.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy staying active through outdoor activities, hot yoga, and preparing healthy meals, and I find great peace being around animals. I primarily serve families in the Lake Oswego and West Linn,SW Portland, Tigard, and Beaverton areas, while remaining flexible and willing to travel to accommodate individual needs.

My mission is to provide compassionate, personalized support, guidance, and education tailored to each family’s unique needs.
